Lutz has been treating lovers of good local meat since 1904! The house closely selects its farmers to guarantee perfect traceability. On the charcuterie side, you will find the traditional black pudding (plain or with chestnuts), the braised ham and the smoked sausage of Alsace or the spread of Alsace. Lutz is also a very famous caterer: let yourself be tempted by a guinea fowl pie with chanterelles or a garnished sauerkraut. A nice taste overview of the Alsatian terroir!
