Winstub offering traditional and Italian dishes.
The Stamm is a winstub with an Alsaco-style spirit... Italian (!) that unfolds in an intimate and rustic setting! In the Alsatian version, the flammekueche is available in gratiné, forest, munster, salmon... On the Italian side, you can enjoy large pizzas (cooked over a wood fire): Veronese, Parma, Napoletana, Calzone, but also Savoyard with reblochon! The wine list gives pride of place to the good wines of Turckheim and some fine Italian references. Notice to groups: a room can be privatized upstairs!

La tante flambée était excellente, tout comme les escalopes de poulet aux champignons : abondantes, parfaitement cuites et sauce excellente.
Le café expresso est également très bon (nous sommes italiens).
Service impeccable en effet !
