Restaurant offering very good quality cuisine.

This restaurant adjoining the famous Porte de France is a typically Alsatian address where the copiously prepared plates make your mouth water. Duck and foie gras terrine, marrow bone plate, beef flank steak with cep butter or succulent doe stew, there is something for everyone. Also on the menu: spätzle gratins, flammekueche, baeckaoffe, cordon-bleu with munster cheese, and hearty sauerkraut. At the Tour de Turckheim, there are no unpleasant surprises when it comes to the quality of the dishes served in the dining room or on the large shaded terrace in fine weather.

Ambiance familiale et nourriture délicieuse...IMPERIDIBLE ! Vincenzo, le propriétaire, est un hôte parfait ! Gentil, attentif, attentionné envers ses clients, soutenu par un personnel professionnel et poli. L'ambiance est informelle et accueillante. La nourriture a le goût de la maison, authentique et non artificielle ! Nous avons goûté le jarret (excellent) accompagné d'une purée de pommes de terre et d'oignons très délicate, le filet (la viande est sublime), le cordon bleu (appétissant), le Flambe (un pain plat assaisonné similaire qui était délicieux) et les desserts. Un endroit qui donne envie de revenir. A découvrir !

L amabilité de la serveuse « Chantal » est une honte. Je mange au resto quotidiennement depuis 10ans, je n ai jamais vu ça.

La nourriture était super bonne, absolument toute, et il y avait un serveur en particulier qui parlait espagnol et qui était super amical, attentif et très gentil, j'aimerais qu'il soit d'ici pour qu'il puisse venir plus souvent!!!????????
