This restaurant adjoining the famous Porte de France is a typically Alsatian address where the copiously prepared plates make your mouth water. Duck and foie gras terrine, marrow bone plate, beef flank steak with cep butter or succulent doe stew, there is something for everyone. Also on the menu: spätzle gratins, flammekueche, baeckaoffe, cordon-bleu with munster cheese, and hearty sauerkraut. At the Tour de Turckheim, there are no unpleasant surprises when it comes to the quality of the dishes served in the dining room or on the large shaded terrace in fine weather.

Tout était au diapason pour régaler les papilles. les tartes flambées sont très bonnes, la carte varié : cuisine alsacienne et traditionnelle, les desserts sont copieux et délicieux. Le tout arrosé d'excellent vin d'Alsace, avec un service aimable en prime.
