L'AUBERGE DU BRAND
Charming inn with nice terrace offering fresh local products.
In the heart of an 18th century half-timbered house, the room of this charming inn takes the classic codes of Alsatian decoration out of the equation. Chef Lucas Vogt relies on fresh local products to supply his menu, which is renewed every 2-3 months. On the plate, depending on the season: pâté en croûte according to Lucas' father's recipe, tuna tataki and wakame salad, lamb ravioli confit with oriental notes, destructured tarte flambée, delicious desserts and fresh home-made bread. As a bonus: 3 adorable guest rooms (2-4 pers) chic and cozy as hell!
