Nicolas Frech has distinguished himself in the heart of fine addresses (Nouvelle Auberge in Wihr-au-Val, Relais Bernard Loiseau in Saulieu, Pont de Brent in Montreux, Switzerland...) before opening his own restaurant in mid-September 2022 in the heart of Turckheim. At the reception and service, his charming wife Marine combines kindness, efficiency and speed. In the kitchen, Nicolas prepares finely tasty dishes from fresh seasonal products, with a few offbeat nods to Alsatian tradition. Delicious desserts, beautiful wine list, excellent value for money.
