DOMAINE ÉMILE HERZOG
Winegrowers since 1685, this venerable family has seen its estate devastated by phylloxera and the 2 Great Wars. In 1970, Emile Hertzog replanted his parcels and the Grand Cru Brand. Since then, the domain has been innovating in terms of sustainable viticulture respectful of nature: ploughing with a draught horse, restored and maintained dry stone walls. The domain produces the whole range of Alsace wines (except for the crémant and the muscat). The Vieilles Vignes de Chasselas date back to 1935. Taste the blend of Grands Crus Brand Riesling and Pinot Gris Larmes du Dragon 2018.
