Les miels sont tous vraiment très bons, notamment le châtaignier.
Mais celui que l’on trouve encore meilleur, c’est le miel de tilleul, vraiment exceptionnel. En première bouche on retrouve des saveurs légèrement mentholées, qui ensuite se dissipent pour laisser place à un bon goût de tilleul.
Quand j’aurai fini les pots que j’ai acheté, je lui en commanderai à nouveau avec plaisir.
