ARMOR DÉLICES
Armor Délices is one of the reference brands of the association of companies Produced in Brittany. Its madeleines, palets, sandpits and palm trees proudly display the small yellow and blue logo. In each of these products we find the Breton know-how and the good taste of yesteryear.
History. This brand was born in 1989 in Saint-Agathon, a small town in northern Brittany. In the beginning, Mr and Mrs Le Nevez, pastry chefs, specialized in Armor's Madeleine, which they reinvented, giving it a unique taste whose secret is still jealously guarded today. Building on their success, they quickly expanded their biscuit factory and modernized their manufacturing techniques. They have also extended the range of their Breton sweets with shortbread, palm and finally Armor's pallet.
The products. To make its pastries, Armor Délices works with local suppliers. The butter comes from the region, the flour is guaranteed 100% French origin, the eggs come from a farmer located less than 10 km from the production site, and the milk from farms located in Brittany and Loire-Atlantique. This is how the brand guarantees quality pastries such as Armor's Madeleine, one of the best-sellers of Breton know-how. Soft and naturally golden, it is the perfect accompaniment to any gourmet break. The palm tree, as timeless as it is crispy, hits the mark at every bite with its puff pastry and its precisely sweet taste. Armor's shortbread is also as crunchy as it is gourmet. Armor's puck is crispy and tasty.
Employment. Armor Délices now has 38 employees at the production site located at its original location, Saint-Agathon.
