Les Jardins d'Athénaïse is an organic farm located in Saint-André-des-Eaux, Loire-Atlantique. The first snail farm in the city, it offers a unique experience based on permaculture and sustainability. Visitors can discover the farm's 100,000 free-range snails and beehives, which will soon be welcoming their first foragers. On-site tastings are also available. Les Jardins d'Athénaïse is committed to the production of local AB-certified produce, distributed via short distribution channels. The farm is surrounded by wonderful nature, with wetlands that are home to great biodiversity.
