Galettes de sarrasin excellentes, crêpes sucrées moelleuses, faites sous vos yeux et non pas réchauffées comme à plein d'autres endroits. C'est carrément rare de bos jours.
Patronne serviable et très aimable. Très bons cidres régionaux.
