Trois tranches d'andouille posées sur une galette, ou bien deux tranches de saumon posées sur une galette. La variété des recettes est infinie????. Les galettes sont correctes, sans plus. Les garnitures très chiches. Seuls les prix sont imposants.

Les crêpes salées et sucrées sont succulentes et le service est impeccable et le cidre est délicieux et le rapport qualité prix est abordable . A refaire !! ????????
