Restaurant-pizzeria in a warm atmosphere in Saint-Brieuc.
Behind the station, Gaëlle and Christophe have a colourful stopover in store for you. The restaurant-pizzeria with its semi-open kitchen, wine bar and artists' exhibitions (we could see the Photoreporter's off) plunges us into a warm atmosphere. The small dishes and suggestions (dish of the day, vegetarian dish) evolve with the rhythm of the seasons with fresh, organic and local products. The same philosophy can be found in wines, ciders (Le P'tit Fausset), beers (Dremmwel, Britt, La P'tite Biniouz), juices and colas: everything is organic and accessible. Among the house's specialities, we are sure to find duck breast with spiced caramel and andouillette. As for pizzas, they are delicious and generous with original features such as iodine topped with seaweed and seasonal vegetables. Original again, the raw pizza satisfies the smallest appetites with a half-pizza to choose from among the menu and raw vegetables. Good to know: the restaurant also has an organic and natural wine cellar (excellent small Spanish, Sicilian and Austrian wines are available), and sells its own caramel.
