Restaurant offering a simple, fine and full of flavors traditional cuisine in Saint-Brieuc.
This trattoria serves a traditional Neapolitan cuisine, simple, fine and full of flavours. To concoct his menu, chef Giuseppe was inspired by his mamma's recipes: gnocchi, pasta, octopus in season, tiramisu, panna cotta... The two specialities of the house are incontri, a soufflé of potatoes, and parmigiana, a kind of eggplant gratin. The products are fresh and of good quality. The card, reduced, changes regularly. At lunchtime, you can choose the formula, which gives you the choice, at least, between two starters, as many main courses and desserts. A nice selection of wines from various regions of Italy. The welcome is warm and the setting does not spoil anything: housed in an 18th century timber-framed house, surrounded by other houses of the same type, the restaurant also has a pleasant terrace on the cobblestones. In summer, a majestic walnut tree provides a welcome shade.

Attention, la patronne est très conviviale, cela peut surprendre.
Petit bémol cependant sur le dessert, fade à côté de l'explosion de saveurs servie précédemment.
Très bon conseil sur le vin, nous reviendrons, c'est certain!
