MANA
A nugget! In its stone setting in the heart of old Saint-Brieuc, Mana serves fine bistronomic cuisine. New Zealand chef Rob Te Whaiti revisits French and Italian culinary techniques (very well mastered), tinged with Asian touches, to create original dishes. The pasta is homemade, as is the delicious bread. At lunchtime, you can choose from the short menu. In the evening, a tasting menu is available, with dishes to share. There's a pretty terrace at the back. Last but not least, a warm welcome awaits you.
