Located in the shopping center Les Champs, in the heart of Saint-Brieuc, the Brei'Z brasserie offers a choice of dishes, both sea and land based, with the leitmotiv of good, fresh and local products. Nous avons été très déçus par la qualité des plats et la lenteur du service. Plat gardé au chaud trop longtemps donc plat (poisson) très sec arrivé sur la table. Frites maison ressemblant plutôt à des brisures de frites, béarnaise à la texture spéciale, trop épaisse. Malade arrivée à la maison (vomissements). Appréciations signalées à la caisse et bien reçues. Petite remise sur l'addition.

Bonjour, toute nos excuse, nous nous engageons pourtant à chaque fois à sélectionner notre viande pour nos tartares de bœuf. Vous prenons de la poire de bœuf , très tendre et très peu nerveuse . Vous avez du tomber sur un mauvais morceaux de viande pour votre tartare. Nous nous excusons pour cette maladresse.
