Warm restaurant in a cobbled street in the center of Saint-Brieuc.
Hidden in a cobbled alley in the centre, this restaurant occupies a beautiful 17th century half-timbered house. In this warm setting of old stones and wood, revisited in a modern way, the art of sublimating local products is cultivated, in season of course and organic if possible: scallops, pork on straw, buffalo mozzarella, vegetables, herbs, cream, eggs... The list of producers is proudly displayed on the menu and the fruit of their work is perfectly highlighted by the inventive cuisine of chef Jean-Jacques Monfort.
