In the Cesson district, it is a new kind of facility that came into being in 2018: bringing together in the same building the Valais Medical and Educational Institute (IME) and the Daniel Pennac Media Library. The latter fulfills its mission as an educational and leisure establishment for all (consultation and lending, animations) but also plays a role with the 80 intellectually disabled young people of the IME, who participate as assistants in the life of the media library. A third place that sees horizons where others see borders.
