This artisan chocolate maker is a goldsmith of cocoa. In fact, his shop in the heart of Saint-Brieuc looks like a jewellery store. The pralines are exquisite, as are the ganaches, the caramel bubbles, the marshmallows, the pure praline spread, the chocolate bars... Among the chocolate bites, special mention for the Grand Léjon, a multi-awarded creation. Alongside the exotic flavours, the Breton region is present with touches of caramel, crêpe dentelle, fleur de sel or buckwheat. New products are released very regularly.

Les traditions se perdent et pour cette fois, les clients aussi !
Nous avons été très déçu par le manque de considération client, inhabituel dans ce genre de boutique.
Nous réserverons désormais nos achats réguliers de chocolats chez nos commerçants bretons qui ne sont pas devenu, en tous cas dans le domaine commercial, de vrais industriels.
