Here the cakes are prepared on demand, with organic Breton flour and, inside, only local products. The speciality? The galette with smoked fish from the Saint-Cast smokehouse. Crunchy and buttered to perfection, the galettes are delicious, especially served with a farm cider, an organic apple juice or a Breton beer from the Bonnets Rouges.
