Recently taken over and redecorated, this brasserie has a perfect location on the port of Notre-Dame du Guildo. In the kitchen, home-made food is in the spotlight, for example with the duck confit and smoked salmon prepared on the spot, with local products. Les plats laisse a désirer, le burger frite ne vaut pas son prix. Bref je ne conseil pas du tout.
Nous avons goûté le cidre et le mojito framboise. L'assiette du pêcheur très fraîche et moule marinière. Puis mille feuilles de crabes (entrée) et sole meunière au beurre salé et purée maison bien copieuse. En dessert, nous avons testé le tiramisu fraise, un fondant au
chocolat et une pavlova fruits rouges des délices. Et la carte est longue.... Le service est soigné, le personnel est agréable et le chef de cuisine était curieux de recueillir nos impressions. Super rapport qualité prix ! Bravo !!! Belle découverte ! Venez tôt le resto se remplit vite.... Belle vue, on a même vous des otaries sur le fleuve....
