ATELIER CUIS'IN
The star chef Christophe Le Fur has been transmitting his know-how for a few years. A success! It should be said that the Bake'In Workshop on street, right next to the restaurant Grand Maison, is very well arranged. The kitchen is not a professional kitchen, so that it is easy to return home recipes afterwards. The courses take place in small committee, not more than 12 people. All starts with a small coffee at 9 h 15 and then during 3 h 30, the chef with under our eyes an entrance, a dish and a dessert. Recipes are not known in advance even if at the time of registration it is possible to specify whether you want to learn to cook a particular product. And after learning all the good techniques, place the tasting in the beautiful space created in the part of the bottom. Small music and wood stove accompany this gentle meal. It is also an opportunity to speak good gastronomy with lovers of the good tables. Since Christophe Le Fur's participation in TF 1 ' The best menu in France'in August 2015, the schedule is filling fast. Don't hesitate to set a date quickly.
