Renovated inn offering specialities and comfortable rooms in Urbes.

At the crossroads of hiking trails, the Gustiberg benefits from the most exceptional panorama of the Vosges mountains. Located at 980 m altitude, the hostel was extended and renovated in 2013. It is a place out of time. Calf's head with vinaigrette and coarse salt beef have made the house famous. These dishes are served alongside other specialities for an authentic moment. And for those who wish to prolong the pleasure, the house offers 6 rooms. Perfect to recharge your batteries in family.

Closed from November 24th to March 28th. Closed on Mondays. Open from Tuesday to Sunday. Half-board from €49.50 per person. Reservation recommended. Single menu at 21 € (marcaire meal (soup + starter + main course + dessert)). Card: about 12 €. Children's menu: 10 €. Hiker's menu served for lunch only 16 €. Reception of groups. Baby chairs. C'est toujours un plaisir d'y aller manger une bonne tête de veau. Le service et l'accueil est de qualité tout comme ce que l'on y mange. Le prix est tout a fait correct compte tenu de la crise économique actuelle que nous subissons tous y compris les restaurateurs. J'y vais depuis que je suis tout gamin (+ de 50 ans) et j'y retournerai encore spécialement pour la Tête de veau, c'est vraiment une institution, et aussi la meilleur du coin. Merci a l'équipe et a l'année prochaine.
