The Auberge de la Hardouinais is located in a commune of 200 inhabitants. The place has been superbly renovated to create three restaurants: the Crêperie, the Bistronomie and the semi-gastronomic Rôtisserie. All in a 3-star hotel. Nearby are a horse-riding center, a 5-hectare vegetable garden (magnificent!) and a nautical base for paddling, canoeing and sailing. Stop off for a bite to eat at La Rôtisserie, where the cosy setting and chef Sébastien Colleux's refined, seasonal dishes are sure to please. A word of advice: let yourself be guided by the food and wine formula and spend the night at the inn for total immersion.
