LE FANAL
Not far from the harbour, is this superb bookstore freshly opened. On 200 m2, no less than 18,000 books are held in place by pebbles in Le Fanal. Françoise and Hélène, the two booksellers, have already created a beautiful relationship with the assiduous readers who come back every week to feed themselves with new stories. The regional works abound, we have spotted a Breton detective story whose plot is tied up in Saint-Quay-Portrieux, the story of the Breton who invented the yellow raincoat but also recipes around the Breton soil or the small French-Breton dictionary.
