The Louais street manor was founded in 1528 by Mathurin and Prigent Nicol. The Nicol and Percevaux lords erected a Calvary on Louais street (behind the Icelanders zone). This Calvary probably dates from the end of the 15th century to the beginning of the 16th century. It was dismantled and hidden during the revolutionary period and restored in 1863 by Abbot Gicquel, rector of Saint-Quay-Portrieux.
