Located close to Saint-Roch Street, on the road to Horvais, it was founded in 1483 by Jehan Berthou and probably extended at the beginning of the 19th century. The rectangular shaped habitation section is has a primitive abode to the right and an added on abode to the left. Take note of the circular staircase tower near the entrance, whose wall extends above the main roof, with its highest part hosting pigeons.
