GRAND'COUR MANSION
This gatehouse was built in the century in the courtyard of an earlier manor house.
This dwelling-porch was built in the 14th century in the courtyard of an older manor house, which has now disappeared. Its tower with its spiral staircase of 83 steps serves three rooms. The highest one was equipped with a tribune from which the lord addressed the company below. The gate of "Petit Bon Espoir" located opposite the entrance to the manor house, marked the entrance to the agricultural estate. Used since the 19th century as a farm, it was acquired by the municipality of Taden in 1991 before being classified as a historical monument in 1993 and undergoing major renovations.
