The owners of Les Rochers, in Ploumanac'h, have taken over this restaurant, much to our delight. Chef Cédric Rouvier proposes local dishes revisited by world cuisine, such as octopus tentacles with burrata or hake with wasabi, in a constantly renewed menu that will delight all taste buds. The welcome and the setting are as meticulous as the presentation of the dishes. At the back, the guinguette-style garden offers a cocoon of greenery in which to take your time with a house-arranged rum.
