Sandrine and its team offer delicious sweets and pancakes (nature or gardeners).
Their recipe: a long know-how and carefully selected ingredients. The result is there and the pancakes are really delicious. Sandrine comes from Finistère and has a small penchant for algae cooking, its "complete sea" galette (trout trout, egg, cheese and algae tartare) wins a great success!
Three tables are also available where you can enjoy an on-site pancake with a selection of beer, cider, apple juice (local products with unprocessed apples), tea, coffee etc. While waiting for your order, you will be able to make a few fine grocery stores in the region: honey, jam, apple juice, cider, beer, algae tartare among others.
