Valérie and Thomas Mureau, Maître Restaurateur, welcome you to their gourmet restaurant, with its three contemporary dining rooms. They concoct delicate market cuisine based on fresh produce: pan-fried duck foie gras pastilla with figs, quince caramel, scallop risotto with truffle brulée, cod pavé, green cabbage embeurré, mussel jus and Breton sablé, pineapple ginger and lime compote, pineapple sorbet... Seconde visite pour moi dans ce restaurant accompagnée de mes enfants : comme la 1ère fois, j'ai appréciée l'ambiance feutrée, le service et bien évidemment la cuisine excellente et les plats présentés avec goût. Mention spéciale pour le dessert au chocolat : délicieux !!!!
