Valérie and Thomas Mureau, Maître Restaurateur, welcome you to their gourmet restaurant, with its three contemporary dining rooms. They concoct delicate market cuisine based on fresh produce: pan-fried duck foie gras pastilla with figs, quince caramel, scallop risotto with truffle brulée, cod pavé, green cabbage embeurré, mussel jus and Breton sablé, pineapple ginger and lime compote, pineapple sorbet... Très belle expérience de l entrée au dessert en passant par le café, rcuisine raffinée, savoureuse, cuisson du poisson d une rare précision.
Service très professionnel, ambiance agréable.

Nous connaissons ce restaurant depuis plus d'une dizaine d'années (notre dernière visite date d'avril 2023).
Très belle expérience, cuisine fine et savoureuse.
Pour contredire quelques récents commentaires, les portions n'ont pas été réduites (nous avons testé le menu gastronomique).
