Qu'importe le Temps is a neo-bistro in the town of Trégueux that's well worth a visit. The warm, natural atmosphere puts everyone at ease. The value for money here is impressive. The products are carefully selected and the dishes on the slate are creative, gourmet and well-balanced. Chef Jimmy Menit never hesitates to leave his kitchen to serve a dish in the dining room. How about this sea bream with cauliflower mousseline and grilled kale, or this buckwheat cracker cabbage topped with caramel namelaka? All delicious!
