We go to Krampouzerie for lots of reasons. First, the name, walk in Breton, sounds strangely and draws attention. Then the location of the establishment on the docks makes it very pleasant and accessible. And finally, most importantly, you are here in a genuine artisan craftsman who works only with organic and fresh products of the land or the sea. Do not hesitate to order directly the black wheat galette of the Bay topped with Saint-Jacques odawara and déglacées to cognac, cream sauce or Périgord to duck, cheese and cream of prunes. You can, of course, simply ask for a complete delicious before attacking pancakes such as the tempting Tempting Island (odawara apple, salty butter caramel, vanilla ice, toasted almonds, Chantilly). The problem with the pancakes being that one would still like another, like a small cooked almond honey, but one day, we must leave the Krampouzerie to go around the port.
