Chef Stanislas Laisney plays on creativity, offering a seasonal menu that boldly blends seafood and local produce: monkfish and shoulder of lamb confit with Paimpol coconuts and plums, pork with broccoli, watermelon and anchovies... The hotel offers 47 rooms, an indoor swimming pool and a renovated private spa with whirlpool baths, sauna and sensory shower.
