Superbe plage de sable blanc bien abritée et encaissée dans la baie. C’est aussi le lieu des sportifs qui peuvent s’adonner au surf, kitesurf et par mer calme au paddle. Possibilité de profiter des autres petites plages ( Poulpry, Chou ,Royau etc.) Lieu de randonnées avec les nombreux sentiers bien balisés et vue magnifique sur l’archipel des 7 Iles.
Trévou Tréguinec c’est aussi un centre de rééducation et réadaptation fonctionnelle en milieu marin.
