SAINT-MALO CHURCH
Go there and contact
Built in the seventeenth century according to the Templiers order, it was completely rebuilt from 1881 to 1884 by the architect Edouard Corroyer. Pillars of sculptures are quite coarse and denote, as the entire building, a typical Norman influence. A beautiful 32 m square tower overlooks the church, which is one of the most important religious buildings in the area of Romanesque Dinan. To the north lies an ancient yew, a symbol of eternity. Five bays of the nave and the major part of the wall of the apse still remain of the building. The pillars are adorned with carved marquees. Various ornaments are placed to meet the bands and vertical ribs that separate the bays.
