This large fitness room (more than 1600 m ²) is located on the floor of the shopping gallery of Europe's Lighthouse. Cardio training or cardio-training enthusiasts can practice all day music on the very many machines. In front of giant or collective screens, we follow the advice of four coaches, fitness experts. You can also opt for zumba, a Power Plate session or an on-demand course in a dedicated room. The bonus of this gym is undoubtedly its availability - it is open all year, 7 days out of 7 - and its attractive rates. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
