Authentic and historical address to taste tasty and copious pancakes in Brest.

A Brestoise institution, opened in 1922 by Marianne Boënnec, the Crêperie Moderne is one of the oldest in Brest. The room is authentic, sober and equipped with benches. The pancakes are prepared in front of you in an open kitchen. The menu is certainly simple, but the pancakes are succulent and copious. Since sugar butter is the best way to recognize a good pancake, Petit Futé validated the test and appreciated the tasty pancake batter. Special mention on the salty side: black wheat with scallops was delicious and generously garnished. On this evening of Candlemas, the welcome was warm, the team young and dynamic in an intimate atmosphere by candlelight.

Cuisine authentique et généreuse, service efficace avec les crepières en toile de fond. Les galettes sont bien garnies, un peu molles je les préfère plus craquantes. La salle mériterait un petit coup de jeune mais l'ambiance est là.
Une salle comble un lundi soir de janvier c'est un signe ! Bonne adresse je recommande.

Des crêpes généreuses et la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous. Tout est fait maison et sous vos yeux, même la chantilly des crêpes dessert (qui est d'ailleurs servie en quantité généreuse).
Les tarifs sont on ne peut plus corrects pour la qualité et la quantité servie.
Personnel accueillant et agréable.
Je vais dans cette crêperie depuis des années et je n'ai jamais été déçue !
