Vu une seule fois, n étant pas un familier de ce port de Brest. Mais semble dans son jus. Et surtout personnel très aimable. Patron avec encore (et tant mieux) un reste d accent de son Irlande natale (sauf erreur), très sympa et avenant (donc vrai commerçant) avec un inconnu qui rentre dans son bar pour lui demander un vrai irish coffee (pas celui "facile" des 20 dernières années avec le prix bien récent, Paris comme ailleurs). Dommage pas eu le temps de goûter la nourriture. J y reviendrai !
