Le Signare is the place to go for African specialties in Brest. In the kitchen, Khary, who ran the Recouvrance establishment a few years ago, prepares homemade dishes using ultra-fresh produce. The result? Dishes that are as healthy as they are tasty, combining sweetness and finesse, even for the classic mafé and yassa dishes. As for starters, special mention should be made of the excellent plantain banana and shrimp bites: these light, non-greasy acras, with their subtle combination of flavors and textures on the palate, are a delight!

L'ambiance est tranquille, calme et la décoration est épuré mais rappelle les origines africaines du lieu.
En revanche le budget et assez chère.

Seul " petit bémol " la note un peu salée 97 euros pour 2 sans bouteille de vin mais une fois de temps en temps pour se faire plaisir ça passe !
