This couscous bar combines tradition and innovation with quality products. Promoting healthy, balanced cuisine, they use organic products and low-temperature cooking. Each dish has its own calorie count!
The à la carte menu features nine dishes, including a vegetarian, a vegan and a buckwheat semolina-based "Kous Breizh", with a gluten-free option. Customers can also compose their own couscous to suit their tastes. From September, they plan to add tajines to the menu, and during the summer, salads and sandwiches.
