At the helm of Bori Bori, a "restaurant with island flavors", Vanessa Brassière invites you to discover authentic Caribbean cuisine. Originally from Suriname, the young chef draws her inspiration from these flavors to compose her dishes, using fresh produce to plunge you straight into the West Indies! Choose your rice, add simmered meat (colombo, mafé, yassa...), sprinkle with vegetable achard, kidney beans or fried plantains: you're served a plump bowl, at a very light price.
