Il Castello is a corner of Italy on the port of Brest. Trained by a three-time world vice-champion, the pizzaiolo is a master of fine Roman dough. Everything is homemade, with fresh, noble ingredients imported directly from Italy: olive oil, flours, AOC or DOP cheeses and cured meats. The ham comes from the prestigious Rovagnati house, an Italian benchmark. The warm, contemporary decor invites conviviality with its central table and benches.
