Chef David Bergot's cuisine in a restaurant of the Océania hotel, in the rue de Siam, in Brest.
This restaurant belongs to the Océania hotel. In a contemporary, muted and discreet seeting, it offers a very tasty cooking. The menu is short but complete, offering a choice of three or four meats and fishes as main courses. For instance, you can hesitate between a sea bass loin or a pollock steak and a rib steak or an Angus beef fillet. As side dishes, the choice is yours between homemade chips, Basmati rice and fried noodles. The desserts list is well-stocked, with, for instance, a lemon cheesecake, a chocolate fondant or spring rolls, a caramel with salted butter pie. The quality-price ratio is excellent, especially if you choose a set menu.
