Charming restaurant to enjoy excellent sushi and Japanese cuisine in Brest.

In this top-of-the-range restaurant, all fish is rigorously selected and prepared by master sushi chef Xavier Pensec, a native of Brest who specializes in gourmet sushi. Even the rice is meticulously selected, as are the teas on sale. And for added originality, the cuisine is served at the counter, as in Japan, in an intimate setting. A Brest address that ranks among the best sushi restaurants in France. Reservations essential. Sushi lessons are also available.

Super expérience, autant humaine que culinaire ! Il faut se laisser emporter par l'expérience tout simplement ^^ le repas est excellent, le service impeccable, nous avons pris l'accompagnement 4 sake et 3 thés... vraiment exceptionnel.
