The JUDO Brest judo section is certainly the most important of the club in the Saint-Pierre area. Trainings take place every day under the supervision of Joël Boucher (6 th Dan and State graduate) and his team. Baby judo courses are open to children from age 5. It is therefore from the earliest age that we learn the moral code of judo, which advocates politeness, courage, sincerity, honour, modesty, respect, self-control and friendship. A free judo trial month is proposed before registering, which is to try sports practice. ASPTT Brest also offers ju and taïso formations, a gentle gymnastics.
