Four marine ecosystems and many fun and educational activities punctuate this site dedicated to the marine worlds.
Created in 1990, Océanopolis has always been a must-see destination for discovering the mysteries of the marine worlds. Now in the midst of a major transformation, the park offers an even more immersive experience thanks to an ambitious renovation scheduled to run until autumn 2025. Despite the temporary closure of the Tropical and Polar Pavilions, the visit continues with renewed spaces and activities. The Brittany Pavilion, which remains open, presents Breton marine flora and fauna, while the Otter Trail allows visitors to observe these animals in an environment evocative of their natural habitat. New this season is the Cité des Océanautes, a 450 m² play area designed for children, offering an interactive journey to the heart of the marine world, with educational games on ocean biodiversity. The park also offers interesting guided tours such as "Plongée en rade de Brest" and "Plongée en mer d'Iroise", showcasing the richness of local biodiversity and conservation efforts. Océanopolis is much more than an aquarium: it's a formidable educational tool, a place for sharing and exchanging knowledge. Whether for ocean enthusiasts or for an enriching family outing, Océanopolis promises fascinating and entertaining discoveries. Visit Océanopolis for a full day of marine adventures. Picnic areas and a restaurant overlooking the harbor provide a pleasant break to round off your visit.
