Tower built in the century, home to works by Jim Sévellec, which recreate the streets of pre-1939 Brest.

Known as the "Quilbignon bastille", it was built in the 14th century opposite Brest castle, on the right bank. The tower houses the works of Jim Sévellec, who recreates the streets of pre-1939 Brest (models, slideshows, photos...). Each floor has its own journey: on the1st floor, you can learn about Brest's key events; on the2nd floor, you can stroll through Brest's picturesque squares; and the3rd floor is only accessible during certain events. After 7 months of renovation, the site has been given a new, more attractive scenography.

Une très belle visite gratuite. Les expos bous emmenent au 15e siecle de Brest. Guide local et chargé d'accueil, M.Jakez, connaît bien l'histoire de la ville, et nous donne des bonnes infos historiques.
