A garden where you can take an educational walk and discover different botanical species across 5 geographical zones.
First used for medicinal plants in 1694, the garden then witnessed the predominant role of Brest in the maritime expeditions of the 18th century. Here you can take an educational walk and discover the different botanical species brought back by explorers and botanists, a cultural journey through 5 geographical areas Asia, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia and South America. The two parts of the garden are linked by a footbridge that allows you to admire an exceptional panorama of the harbor and the military port.
